Will 100% of my gift go to dog training?

We strive to direct the maximum share of every donation to program expenses. As a small nonprofit, a portion covers necessary operational costs (accounting, website, filings). We publish our financial breakdown annually and are committed to transparency.

Can I donate in honor or memory of someone?

Yes. Select the tribute giving option in the donation form. We will send an acknowledgment to the honoree or their family if you provide contact details.

Is my donation secure?

Yes. We use Qgiv, a PCI-compliant payment processor used by thousands of nonprofits. Your card information is never stored on our servers.

Can I cancel a recurring gift?

Absolutely. You can cancel or modify your recurring gift at any time by emailing development@vhcompanions.org. There are no penalties or fees.
