Who We Serve

✓ Adult survivors (18+) of sexual assault
✓ US residents in any state
✓ Any gender identity or background
✓ Diagnosed with or showing symptoms of PTSD, anxiety, or related trauma response
✓ Able to care for and work with a dog in their daily life
✓ Have a stable living situation that allows for a service dog

Not sure if you qualify? Apply anyway and our team will reach out. We'd rather have a conversation than have a survivor not get help they need.

What to Expect

Submit this application

Takes about 20 minutes. You only share what you're comfortable sharing.

Intake call (within 2 weeks)

A brief call with our compassionate intake coordinator to discuss your needs.

Matching & training begins

We identify your match and begin specialized training — this takes 12–20 months.

Team training & placement

A two-week in-person training period, then your dog comes home with you.
